DougW created a SharePoint Skinner for SharePoint 2007

Our good friend Doug Ware has uploaded a free tool that lest you skin a SharePoint 2007 site from within the UI. 

This is a good way to get real time feed back on the changes you are making.  Go take it for a test spin and let him know what you think.
